1. Is Zeel Raincoat  Waterproof?

A: Yes, our rainsuits are 100% water resistant. The fabrics used in Zeel rainwear will keep you dry even during a heavy downpour. Almost all our products are seam sealed and have been taped ensuring 100% water resistant. Zeel rainwear comes with buttons, zipper and a flap covering the zipper so that there is no place for water to seep through. Few of our products also have an adjustable band at the cuffs and buttons on the pockets.

2. What size fits me best?

A: In our Size Chart, you can find the details of the lengths, chest, Pant length of the rainwear, this will help you choose exactly the right size for you. 
Sizing and fitting of rain-suits manufactured by NZ seasonal wear Pvt Ltd. are as per the regulating standards.


3. What size Raincoat should I buy?

A: As we put Raincoats over the clothes we wear it is advisable to always purchase one size larger than your actual size and two sizes larger if you are putting it over some heavy clothing.

4. How do I maintain my Raincoat?

A: Each Raincoat manufactured by Zeel rainwear has an attached washcare label which gives you complete instructions for maintaining your Raincoat, hence always follow the wash care instructions to ensure the durability of your Rainwear. Additionally, you should never bleach and Iron your Raincoat, and in case of the dirt just wipe it with a damp cloth.


5. Whom Should I contact for complaints/Queries?

A: You can reach out to us on support@nzseasonalwear.com and our executive will get in touch with you within 24hrs and we shall thereby try our best to resolve your queries and complaints at the earliest.


6. Which locations does Zeel ship to?

A: Zeel aims to deliver each and every part of India. We deliver to 20000 pin codes through our delivery partners (Blue dart, Delhivery) and incases of remote locations we courier through India post.


7. Where will my order ship from?

A: We ship the order right from our warehouse located in Bhiwandi, India


8. When will my order be shipped?

A: We ship your order within 24 hours and as soon as the parcel is dispatched you will get an SMS-Email with respect to your tracking details. You will also regularly receive an SMS about the whereabouts of your order.


9. Will I have to pay additional taxes against my order?

A: No, our product prices are inclusive of taxes.


10. I have received a damaged product, what do I do?

A: Zeel follows a thorough quality check of each of our products however if there is any such case be rest assured, you can just drop a mail to support@nzseasonalwear.com and we shall get the product picked up and a new piece will be delivered to your doorstep. Just ensure that the tags are intact at the time of exchange.


11. How do I track my consignment?

A: We ship your order within 24 hours and as soon as the parcel is dispatched you will get an SMS-Email with respect to your tracking details. You will also regularly receive an SMS about the whereabouts of your order.


12. Can I cancel my order?

A: Yes, you can cancel your order unless it’s not shipped from our warehouse but incase if its shipped then you reject the consignment at the time of delivery and escalate us on support@nzseasonalwear.com and on confirmation by our logistics partner we shall initiate the refund to you which will reflect in 7working days in your account.


13. Why do you charge for delivery?

A: We use shipping as an additional service and we do not bundle the cost of the same with our product price to offer  FREE” or Cheap” shipping rates.

We are charged by our logistics partner(Delhivery,Bluedart,Rapid delivery,India post) to ship your order and we charge the same as we are being charged.


14. How long does it take to deliver my products?

A: Zeel ensures to deliver the products to its customers within 24hrs. The lead time depends on the delivery pincodes. The exact will be shown to you at the time of checkout. Below is the table shown to give you the exact delivery timelines based on your locations

  • Intracity : 1-2days
  • Same state:  2-3 days
  • Metro-Metro: 2-4days
  • Rest Of India : 2-4days
  • NE J&K & Kerala: 4-7 days


15. Do you have COD option?

A: Yes, we do have COD option for our customers.

16. Can I return/exchange the product?

A: Yes, you can return the product within 7 days provided the product has the tag intact and is in a fresh condition.

Just drop a mail to us at support@nzseasonalwear.com with your reason for return/exchange and we shall then process with the return pick up and refunds.
